We expect you to use your Flexx Handlebars as we do. Ride them, enjoy them, love them, that's what they are made for. We warranty our product to be free of defects in material or craftsmanship for 2 years from the original purchase date, valid proof of purchase is needed, if you bought the bar direct from us, we'll have record. Normal wear and tear, abused, misused, improper installation, lost, or modified products are not covered by our Craftsmanship Warranty. Anodize fading, discoloring or issue of any sort does not fall under the Craftsmanship Warranty due to variables in soap, cleaning and maintenance products out of our control. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges concerning Craftsmanship warranty claims. If you believe you have a craftsmanship issue please call or email us to receive an RA#.
In the event of damage caused by a crash, abuse, wear and tear, improper installation, or modification we offer a 50% off retail warranty to the original purchaser for a period of 2 years.
We do not sell handle or center section of the Flexx Handlebar for several reasons. The first being that if you hit hard enough damage a main structural component of the bar, i.e. a center or handle section, there may be a stress riser in another component putting you unfavorable position as that component could fail. Additionally, the retail cost on a handle or center section with the hardware required to replace it costs more than the price of a replacement bar through our 50% off warranty program.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on warranty claims.
2nd hand purchases are not covered by our warranty. Warranty coverage is only available to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.
