We expect you to use your Fasst MTB products as we do, everyday. Ride them, enjoy them, love them, that's what they are made for. We warranty our product to be free of defects in material or craftsmanship for 5 years from the original purchase date, valid proof of purchase is needed, if you bought the bar direct from us, we'll have record. Normal wear and tear, abused, misused, improper installation, lost, or modified products are not covered by our Craftsmanship Warranty. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges concerning Craftsmanship warranty claims. If you believe you have a craftsmanship issue please call or email us to receive an RA#.
In the event of damage caused by a crash, abuse, wear and tear, improper installation, or modified we offer a 50% off retail warranty to the original purchaser for the lifetime of the product.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on all warranty claims.
2nd hand purchases are not covered by our warranty. Warranty coverage is only available to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.
Warranty claims can go directly through us or your local dealer.
