If you’re not stoked on their performance ship them back to us for a refund. Please contact us if the Flexx Handlebars aren't exceeding your expectations before sending them back. On the rare occasion where the bars arent doing as expected there is usually an underlying fitment or setup issue holding them back that we can work through with you. |
| Returns must be made through the point of purchase of the product and are only available to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Before you purchase your Flexx Handlebars through a dealer please be sure they are participating in our “Ride it, Believe it” guarantee program. If your dealer has questions or concerns please have them contact us. |
| You have a full 30 days from when you receive your Flexx Handlebar to determine if you need to exchange or return it for any reason. Our 30-day return policy is only applicable for new Flexx Handlebars. Pre-owned/second hand Flexx Handlebars are not eligible for returns. |
| Flexx Handlebars must be received in working order with no modifications (including trimming bar width) or damage due to fitment, abuse or neglect. . |
| Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Fasst Company Australia or the participating dealer. |

We will refund the cost of the product only. We do not refund any shipping costs. If your product was originally shipped as "Free shipping" those original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
