Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and we are notified within 48hrs of you receiving delivery of the item. If you have received a damaged or defective item please contact us within 24hrs by email with the order details and relevant pictures of the issue/s. If you dont receive an email reply confirming your claim, please call us to confirm receipt of your claim.
We do not offer exchanges on any incorrectly ordered parts so please make sure you are ordering the correct parts at the time of checkout. If you are unsure of what item to order please contact us via phone or email and we're happy to help you with any questions you may have

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that exchanges will only be processed once we have received the returned item in an unused condition in its original undamaged packaging.
