Shipping policy

Please read fully and understand our Shipping Policies as it can avoid confusion later in the process, thank you!
Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9am - 4pm AEST. Orders for items in stock that are placed before 10amAEST can be shipped same day. Orders placed after 10amAEST will be shipped the following day. If an item isn't in stock we will contact you immediately will options.
Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched-this may take 24-48hrs to update
In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please list email and phone contact details when checking out and respond to any email/phone call from our shipping team. We will not use your phone number for marketing purposes(only for order clarification if needed)
Delivery times will range from 1-14 days depending on delivery location and delivery service used. Express Post delivery times can be checked on the Auspost website.
If you have a special delivery request we recommend you call us to place the order so that we can process it efficiently based on your needs. We're happy to try our best to work with your timeframe :)
